Eimear Kearney, organiser of 'Eel Eat Week' and the 'River to Lough Festival' has this to say about Daniel's eel recipe. 'This is what I came for and it certainly didn't disappoint. The #EelsAreTasty receipe was Smoked Lough Neagh Eel with Irish Scallop. It was beautifully prepared and smoked by Daniel himself. This was certainly the highlight of the evening.'
