Eimear Kearney, organiser of 'Eel Eat Week' and the 'River to Lough Festival' has this to say about Daniel's eel recipe. 'This is what I came for and it certainly didn't disappoint. The #EelsAreTasty receipe was Smoked Lough Neagh Eel with Irish Scallop. It was beautifully prepared and smoked by Daniel himself. This was certainly the highlight of the evening.'  She concluded with 'I'd be very shocked if Daniel's doesn't acquire a Michelin Star...'
