Head Chef...

Daniel Harvey studied Economics at the University of Ulster before making a bold decision to take a gap year out and follow his passion for food. He secured a position in Benedicts, Belfast, completing his NVQ One and Two before moving to London to hone his culinary skills, specialising in the art of fine dining at the prestigious Michelin star Chapter One, Kent.

Daniel featured in The Great British Cookbook as a finalist in 'Young Chef of the Year' while running 'Daniels at the Five Corners.' Now fully qualified, with sharpened skills and a slick, professional touch, Daniel and his team offer a culmination of years of experience and food that boasts excellence. 


In 2016 and after opening for just six months, Daniel's was nominated for Best Newcomer at the LCN food awards. He has also featured in 'Yeschef' magazine and the 'Taste of Ulster' Good food guide and his ambition is to be awarded Two AA Rosettes.
